The foundation provided public access to water filter in boys school in Juggowala. Seeing the lined-up cans there at all hours made us realize that the demand for clean water is much greater, especially because the people from nearby villages are also using it.
In February 2024, the new reverse osmosis high capacity solar power water filtration plant was completed. The plant has 8.2KW solar panels, 8000 liters storage capacity, and can provide 1000 liters/hour of clean drinking water. This is enough capacity to serve Juggowala and several nearby villages. A full time care-taker is employed to keep the plant running.
